Q: My product looks edible, can I eat it?
A: No! Nothing at Dolly Darling can be eaten, & it is strongly advised that you keep items away from under 3's, as small parts may provide a choking hazard

Q: I don't have a Paypal account, can I still pay by credit/debit card?
A: Yes, when paying, there will be an option that says "I don't have a Paypal account", and you will be able to pay with your credit or debit card.

Q: Do you take cash?
A: I can take cash, but it's entirely at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible for cash lost in the mail. I would advise that you got a paypal account. If you want to send cash, please message me via contact@dollydarling.com, and remember, I'm in the UK, and only take Pounds Sterling!

Q: Can you create a custom piece for me?
A: I am not currently accepting custom orders.

Q: Do you take wholesale orders?
A: Not at this moment, sorry!

Q: My product is broken, can I return it?
A: Accessories are packaged well, but if items reach you broken due to poor packaging, please send me a message via contact@dollydarling.com & I will organize a refund/replacement. If items break on the first wear, please send me an email and I will either replace the item or reimburse you.

Q: I no longer want my product, can I return it?
A: No refunds are given for items not liked, as all items are as pictured in photos. Items can be exchanged for items in the shop up to the same value, providing that original items reach me in the same condition that they left me in, including packaging. Postage will be at your own expense.

Q: The product I want is out of stock, what should I do?
A: Please contact me, & I can tell you if I am planning on bringing said item back into stock.

Q: I am a blogger, will you sponsor a giveaway/ send me something to review?
A: Yes, please get in touch! We are currently only accepting requests from high quality blogs at least a year old. Please note not every request can be fulfilled.
